Every article on HealthAnswers is medically reviewed by either a named
specialist below or our UK doctor review panel. Named specialists appear
with their credentials and GMC reference; collectively reviewed content

Dr Neil Singh is a General Practitioner based in Yorkshire with over a decade of experience working in UK primary care. He reviews HealthAnswers content on common mental health presentations, including anxiety, panic symptoms, stress, low mood, sleep difficulties and talking therapies. He is also the founder of brightloaf, a UK mental health app offering practical support for anxiety and designed to make therapy easier to fit around everyday life.
Mr Mohamed Mohyudin is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon based in Yorkshire, working at Spire Elland Hospital and Newmedica. He is double fellowship-trained — in oculoplastic and orbital surgery, and in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus (squint) surgery — and also performs cataract and eyelid surgery. He joins the HealthAnswers reviewer panel for eye-health content. (UK surgeons use the title "Mr" rather than "Dr".)
