# Corrections log | HealthAnswers

Trust

A dated public record of clinical or factual corrections. Typos that do not change meaning are not listed. The process sits in our [editorial policy](https://healthanswers.co.uk/about/how-we-review/).

## What counts as a correction?

A correction is logged when a page stated something factually wrong, out of date against its cited source, or dangerously incomplete — for example a missing 999 warning. We update the article and record the correction here. A source-check date records an editorial check; a medical review date changes only after a completed clinical review.

## How do I report an error?

Email [corrections@healthanswers.co.uk](mailto:corrections@healthanswers.co.uk) with the URL and a short description. We treat these as a priority. Do not send personal medical details.
